The house is 4 bed, 2 bath. I have two bedrooms to choose from. One has a regular closet but is away from other bedrooms and closer to the kitchen. The other has a walk in closet, next to the shared bathroom and I plan on replacing the ceiling fan with a newer one and with a light. The bathroom will be shared by a female roommate that currently lives in the house. I try to keep the house and yard clean. The neighborhood has a lot of amenities, pool, lake, dock, basketball court, tennis and more.
