Bedroom has two closets and is fully furnished or furniture can be removed if bringing in your own. There is no cable that would be an added cost if it's a must but I do offer Amazon or Netflix. There is a fully finished basement for added storage and a home gym you are welcome to use. One full bath in the house so will be sharing. Extra fridge in garage if needed. I'm a single,quiet 52 year old woman, no kids. No smokers please and no pets. 1.2 miles from spring lake bch,gas grill and patio.
