At my place the only utilities we have to pay for are electric and gas. There is a washer and dryer in the basement and we would each get a private room. The bathroom is shared. There is lots of room to hang out and inviting friends over is cool. I will have friends over maybe once or twice a week, but will let you know ahead of time if you would like.
