The rental is a room on the second floor of a house on High Street, there are two rooms available, and if another roommate is found then rent will drop from $650 a month to $433 a month. Utilities are included. I pay for internet and I have not problem with sharing. Laundry is available on site, the walls were just painted. My previous roommate recently moved out and I am looking for a new one. I am usually quiet and will keep to myself, I'm not overly loud, and I am a student at WKU.
