Its an old house made into a duplex. 2 women live on the other side. Very nice. Was all redone right before I moved in last October with new carpet, paint, all new kitchen, and just about everything else. Still in good condition. I have the whole place pretty much decorated. Always willing to change though. has 1.5 baths, 2 B/R, kitchen, dining, living, and laundry room. Lots of storage space. If roommate takes her things, couches and washer and dryer will be needed.
