Boots1943 : 70 yr old Female

Lovely two story brick townhouse located in Annapolis Maryland. Use of the entire house (kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, down stairs powder room, back patio) except for the master bedroom and garage. I am away sometimes for 2 or 3 months at a time visiting with my family in Florida. The community is a very nice mix of unrestricted and 55+ community. The roommate's bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished, with it's own bathroom, closet, built-in shelving, and cabinetry.
