I am looking for a room for rent during a temporary assignment in Goleta. I intend to occupy the space for less than 75% of the nights included in the term of the lease. I am 40 years old and although I would not mind occasional social gatherings in the common areas, I am not interested in a party enviroment. Any kind of recreational drug use would be a deal breaker for me. I would need a place to park a vehicle.
