I'm not sure the size of the rooms or the property but I will find that out and let you know. It is a very small cottage but it's warm and comfy. There is my room, the empty room, a bathroom that will be shared, kitchen as well as living room which are all furnished except for the available room. There is a driveway to park your car. Close to Middletown as well as other tiny locations. There is storage in the attic if anything needs to be stored.
