Married gay couple (Lee 35, Robert 43) who need to move into a new place quickly. Ideally we would like to go in on a new rental property or apartment with another interested party and split the rent and utilities (rather than moving into someone's house). We have a small dog, she is friendly to humans and somewhat with other dogs, but not friendly to cats or other small pets. Robert is a smoker but is trying to quit and will smoke outside. Lee does not smoke. We are clean but not clean freaks.
