Upgraded appliances, large living room and patio (patio backs up onto lake so there’s a grassy area directly off of patio). Lots of natural light. Carpet in bedrooms, vinyl hardwood everywhere else. Living, kitchen, dining, patio, pantry shared. I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix named Kona! He is very sweet and cuddly, and once the initial excitement of meeting new people wears off, he is a fairly calm pupper. The complex is very friendly and for the most part quiet.
