I have two bedrooms available in a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom fully furnished town-home located in a beach front community. It's available for a 12 month lease and rent includes all utilities. I am a Marine Corps Officer looking for two responsible and mature roommates. Each roommate would have their own bathroom and each bedroom has a balcony. There would be only three people total living in the house (one guest bedroom left open).
