It's a 1600 square foot condo, and the bedroom that would be yours is pretty good size. The place is in good shape as I've been remodeling it since I bought, the carpets are freshly cleaned (about 2 weeks) ago and look new. The entire place was painted about 6 months ago and everything looks nice. With each week it looks nicer as I replace fixtures and stuff. It's probably the nicest one in the complex after all the work i've done. The pool, tennis courts, and landscaping are all very nice.
