I'm 20 years old, looking for a room to rent while I go to school at Valencia CC. I have a little maltese, she's under 10lbs, house trained, doesn't shed, and is so loving. No cats, I'm allergic. I would prefer a female roommate, but I'm beginning to get desperate. Any room under $400 anywhere near the school or Disney will do at this point.
