It has hardwood floors, 2 closets & could be furnished with a full size bed, nightstand, & chest of drawers. We'd share the common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, & bathroom). A decent washer/dryer is also in the basement. There is a nice back porch and yard. Public transportation is within walking distance, as is the trolley.
