I am a student at Tulane University in New Orleans who is taking this semester off to attend classes at BC. I'm reluctant to sign a 12 month lease so I'm hoping to find something reasonably priced and temporary. I'm not picky about my roomates and I'm easy to get along with, but my preference is just that they are around my age.
