Very nice home in Falls River. Average home value is about 270k. I own this home, and normally rent out 1 to 2 rooms. The house is well furnished (except your room), and comes complete with a 65 inch high def screen, nice theater setup, an air hockey table, and a soda fountain. The house is 2000 square feet. Both males and females have rented in the past, and all my roommates have left on very good terms. Current roommates are moving out of state.
