There is a washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, garage (used for storage), fenced yard, safe, quiet neighborhood a block from 1-5 access. The house is furnished, but the bdrm is not... you would have to supply your own bdrm furnishings. Any items you want to put out throughout the house, of your own... pictures, nick-nacks, favorite chair, art, etc., would not be a problem. I want who ever shares this home to feel at home.
