This estimate is for each person, and all four utilities per month: Winter months it can be about $190 (est. high), during summer months $125 (est. high) There's a month-to-month lease, but I'm looking for someone for a mini. 12 months. Outside smoking ok. NO DRUG use at all. The house is completely furnished, but there is room for other furniture.
