I have a master bedroom I'm looking to rent out. Nice sized walk-in closet, private attached bathroom, plenty of storage space in the separate garage, plenty of parking outside of that. Fenced in back yard so I'm pet friendly. The area is nice and quiet, there are several fruit trees in the yard, peach, pear and apple. I'm 34 and in college so all my time is spent with that. Cost is rent ($800) plus half of the utilities, water/power/waste disposal.
