I have a one bedroom apartment but am hoping to find someone to rent out my bedroom to. I prefer sleeping on my couch anyway. I have furniture in there for now but you could bring your own or use mine. It’s up to your preference. I have two cats. They are loving but easily could keep door closed to bedroom if you aren’ta fan of cats. I have all kitchen stuff. I’ma but merry, but more surface level than true mess.
