The place is completely furnished except your bedroom. I do have a few items. You have your own ½ bath but you must share the shower, and yes I am a clean person. The complex has 5 other apartments. There is a garage and can make room for some storage. I have Dish TV (pay ½), Also an office with computer and DSL (negotiate), Electric and gas you pay 1/3rd, I have a cat that is always lost, and a couple small birds.
