HS chemistry teacher. I need a large room with essentially no house responsibilities. I never leave messes in shared rooms. I am extremely quiet, working on my schoolwork and on the computer essentially all the time. I am 100% honest and dependable to keep doors locked and whatever is needed. I am observant, caring, helpful and friendly, but busy all the time. I am a wonderful no-trouble roommate. I need to save as much money as possible. Prefer open windows to air conditioning.
