I'm currently living downtown Saint Pete and I'm looking to move into a bigger place but pay less money. Its getting very expensive to live alone and I would like to have a responsible person to split the cost of a nicer apartment/condo or house either in Saint Pete or South Tampa in the Soho/Hyde Park area.
