chocolatelab : 24 yr old Male

I'm looking for a room to rent in Sanford. I have a big dog, but well trained, his name is Bear and he's a chocolate lab. He stays in my bedroom when I'm gone (unless you want him out) and with me when I'm around. Very obedient, never messes, will clean up after him in yard etc. Very loving and great with kids - Tarhell Canine uses him as a show dog when schools come to visit.
