My place is kind of like a garage apartment but I think of it as more of a house (there isn't a garage but its on top of something). I have a yard if you have an animal but I would definitely not want it in the house. I don't really like cats. I have a washer and drier available. And the living room already has couches. There is a closet in the available room. I pretty much stay to myself. I don't like to party (alcohol and such). But I don't mind get togethers either.
