I am a young guy about to go back to college. I have rented before and I have learned a lot about living with people I may nopt know too well. I like to keep to myself for the most part. I currently live in a house that I rent a room in which the landlord lives in as well(not the best of ideas). I am looking for a place that is an equal partnership no one has more control over the apartment than the person. I like to watch TV and have my friends over. I do like to party but not too hard.
