I own a 4 bedroom home and am looking to rent out an available room and bathroom. Both are private. Location: nice and safe neighborhood about 3 minutes from LC and 10 minutes from LU. We are all females age 22 and are looking for a roommate that is about the same. We all get along well and enjoy living together. We don’t smoke but do drink on occasion. The rent is $500 a month, plus utilities. We always split the utilities 4 ways: about $50-$85 a month includes cable, net, gas, water, and elec.
