I'm actually looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath condo in North Quincy. It's about a 7 minute walk to the T station and a close walk to the beach. The condo itself includes really great security, a pool, gym, and sauna, along with parking if needed. The rent is about $675 per month along with half of the utilities
