Need CHEAP room by end of month. Just divorced. Very responsible, been with same company 15 years. MUST BE drug free and safe environment, as my 9 yr. old daughter will visit sometimes, with sleepovers 1 day a week. Quite tidy, and will be more than happy to work off some rent cleaning, gardening, etc. Will listen to or play music on headphones only. Will be gone a good deal as am working full time and will presently be getting second job. A small room is fine.
