I am a Criminal Justice major at Fairmont State. I have a house - 2 private bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. We share the house, but need a NEAT/TIDY housemate focused on studies and drama-free. Okay with occasional parties. House is located in a quiet neighborhood (Wakefield Rd), near the hospital, 2 minutes from FSU, and will be available August 1. I am a musician/guitarist, usually quiet, and in my 3rd year (1st at FSU and transfer student). Rent includes utilities and shared house duties.
