34 yo male looking for a responsible roommate. Just moved to Crown Point in a 4b 1ba house, offering a private room with common areas shared. Home is furnished but bedroom is not. Asking $400 plus bills or we can negotiate a flat rate (gas, electric, heating, air, garbage, water, and internet). I keep the house around 72 but I do prefer a cool atmosphere not hot.
