i will be staying in Peoria Monday 5pm through Thursday 6AM each week till next summer so you will have the place to yourself every weekend. I prefer a furnished place a small space in a fridge and a private bath if that is possible. Also looking for a quiet place with little to no noise after 10 pm Willing to pay rent up front early and a small deposit.
