3 story townhouse. The room has its own private bathroom. We are looking for someone respectful, who will clean up after themselves. The rest of the house is furnished. There is a parking spot right outside the house if you need it. Very close to a bus stop and the Doraville station. We have two dogs that are friendly and dont bark too much. Utilities 50-80 a mo. depending on how often we use heat or ac.
