Taking applications for my spare bedroom with all utilities paid. My house is a 2bed 1 bath recently remodeled home with new interior/exterior paint, new windows, new carpet and new roof.I have washer/dryer and a dishwasher.There is also a nice back patio with furniture and grill. No smoking and no additional pets as I have one dog. Must be clean in the common grounds of the house, do what you want in your room (with in reason).I'm a pretty laid back single guy who works 50 hours a week 05/13/24
