I’m currently in a 1 bedroom in Park La Brea in Mid-City (next to West Hollywood and The Grove) and have made this place my home for the last 8 years. Now I’m looking to move into a 2 Bedroom with roomies here! It’s a super safe area, a gated and security patrolled community with 2 Garden Cafés, plen-ty of Parks to walk, hang out and BBQ, a movie theater where they show free movies every weekend and much more! The 2 Bedrooms are pretty big so should be plenty of room for 3 Ladies as they have 2 floors and a patio. Depending on location and the type of apartment/layout, rent for a 2 Bedroom is cur-rently anywhere between $2400-$2900. I will bring all my furniture for the living room, dining room and kitchen (supplies, dishes etc) so you’d only have to bring furniture for your bedroom. I’m super ti-dy/clean, very respectful, quiet, non smoker/drinker/partier and would hope to find same minded peo-ple.
