This is a beautiful KB Home beautiful peach roses and shrubs in the front yard lawn kept neat and tidy. Backyard is small and quaint nice patio furniture. House is clean and tidy. I live accross the street from Lake Perris with a nice view of the mountains. Very easy to get a long with and tenant has full access to the house.
