Ok I have a new room avaliable may 1st 2006 and it'll be a one year lease. I'm quiet, clean, and most importantly pay the bills on a timely basis. I do have a lab mix, Piper, he is about 60lbs but is very quiet, and very trained indoors. I am looking for a guy who is basically clean, not always quiet, but don't party much. If you have a pet thats fine too.
