king size washer/dryer in upstairs laundry room. Roommates will have to share large bathroom with 2 vanity's. My Patio Home is only 4 years old. One bedroom is 12' x 15' and the other is 11 x 14. Carpet in each bedroom is in brand new condition. Roommates must get along with dogs because I have (3) small Boston Terrier's that are extremely friendly.
