Haven't rented it out yet, but it's on the top of my list. Upstairs in Desherlia's Landing in Grafton, Illinois. It's above a video rental store and a bar/restaurant, but very quiet. River view, trying to get pets allowed at the moment because I have three wonderful cats I want to take with me. My roomie made a life changing decision and will no logner be available, so I'm looking for someone wanting to live in a quiet, nice little river town a short drive from St. Charles, St. Louis and Alton.
