I have a room available now . We live in Cocoa Beach near the intersection of 520/A1A. On the east side of A1A so it's beach side. My husband and I are looking for someone long term, someone we could consider an extension to our family. I am 48 and my husband is 42. We have in the past rented to couples but found it best for single occupancy, however will consider couples again . . We don’t argue or fight, we’re drama free a very quiet and expect the same.
