I'm looking for a place to stay while going to college. I smoke. I "straighten up" daily and clean weekly or every other week. I probably wouldn't get along with a slob or an extreme neat freak. Other than that I am easy to get along with. I am fairly quiet but noise doesn't bother me. I don't have a lot of visitors but I don't mind if you do. I don't want a perpetual party environment.
