Quaint room for rent in large, spanish-style home. You will rent a room, but do have full access to the house & areas/amenities within the property. Currently 3 tenants, we're looking for a 4th. Preferably female. We're respectful of each others space & all work different hours & schedules. We usually meet up & have a girls night & maintain goodwill within the house.
