You can choose your bedroom, either upstairs or the main floor. There are three floors, including a finished basement, complete with pool table (came with the house) and TV room. The house is quite accessible to downtown (8 minutes) via highway 75 north. There are two grocery stores across the street as well as plenty of places to shop and eat. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
