I am 21 and a 4th year student at UCR looking for a room to rent for the next year or so until I finish school. I am very clean, quiet, and respectful. I have a small dog. Between work, school and my studies, I don't spend as much time as I would like to at home. Besides that I am very friendly, responsible, i love love to cook, and movie time is my favorite. :)
