The room I'm looking to rent out is the master bedroom. I would take the smaller bedroom and the tiny room for an office. The rest of the house would be common area. All new appliances in the kitchen, washer and dryer included. Basement is 3/4 finished (one room with carpet and sheetrock, laundry room is concrete floor). I work alot and am gone a ton of weekends in the summer. So I need someone who is respectful towards the place that they are living in and myself. This wont be a frat house.
