Hello, I'm looking for a room to rent by the end of Feb 2020 and plan to stay for at least 6 months min. I'm a grad student at Sac State, have an internship as part of my curriculum, and work part-time on the weekends (and on days off from school/internship). I'm quiet, clean, responsible, independent, and usually keep to myself. I'm out of the home 7 days/week but absolutely must have access to a kitchen as I meal prep at least twice a week. I always clean up after myself, esp in shared spaces.
