My ideal set up would be located on property in the country. An Efficiency sized living space is adequate. I do have a 10 pound dog and a cat. I own a horse that I board in Gregory. I currently own my home but if the right housing situation came up I would sell and downsize. Ideally it also could be someone that travels a lot and I could be there to oversee the home.
