Right at this moment I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo in Carmel, Indiana. Needing a person to share Condo with me, prefer female. Spare room already has a twin bed and nightstand but we could make other arrangements. I have 2 dogs. No other pets allowed. Non smoking. Will be moving into a larger house as soon as possible. You would have to be on the lease then and pass a background check and possibly a credit check too. I will also require work references, and proof of income.
