I am going to be renting a house in newtown for september first it will either be a three bedroom or 4. I am a single mom with a 4 year old boy who will be looking to rent the extra bedroom. If I find a place that has two baths, you will have your own bath also. Of course free range of house, must like kids, no smoking or at least not in house, smoking in house is cuase for break of contract and loss of security. Besides that pet peeve, Im pretty easy going and not a neat freak.
