I have a two bedroom one bath townhouse. The total rent would be 475 a month (this includes the electric bill). Townhouse is pretty much fully furnished except for the bedroom. Washer dryer included in unit; bedrooms are on the second floor with the full bath. Half bath downstair so. Kitchen is decent size and fully furnished. I'm a laid-back person and enjoys hanging out with friends, playing board and video games, relaxing with a good book. Looking for a laid-back person gender not important.
